Had an unfortunate coming together with a dual carriage way/ Highway concrete wall a couple of days back and weighing up myoptions for swapping everything out into a new shell vs replacing the front section.
I've had a local garage tell me that the damage isn't as bad as it looks having removed the front wing/fender and that i'd be best off buying a rolling shell for £100 and swapping the whole of the front most secton over because it's all bolt on parts. Can someone confirm if what he says is true regarding the front section of the e30 and if possible point me in the direction of a diy article. I must be putting in the wrong search terms as I can't find anything relating to removing the front section of the car. I want to consider doing as much work as possible before handing the car over to any garage for any potential work.
Thanks and keep up the good work with the site. It's a fantastic source of information.
