    Mtech 2 Question

I just ordered Mtech 2 kit from the UK but it does not include the clips from bumper to valance. Does any one know the part number?

Also which fogs does it use? Any late model?

Sorry Ive searched but didnt find anything.

Get in touch with Steve at blunttech for part #s. IIRC, there is a thread somewhere here on r3v that has the mounting info.

It uses any late model fogs. The metal valence remains when mounting on the newish kit.

You need 7 of them and have to drill into the top valance to get them on. They push in and then the mtech II bumper clips into it. The line is the template if you want to get that too.

Got all my clips from blunttech.

      Here is the picture.

Thanks guys appreciate it very much.

Last question. I would assume that doing the swap to Mtech2 is the same process w/ late model plastic bumper swap writeup correct?

        This is what I'm getting.

        Mtech2 Front Bumper

        Mtech2 Front Valance

        Mtech2 Rear bumper w/ valance

I know I need late model bumper shocks and late model turn signal connectors, misc clips. Anything else needed?

Yeah the front bumper and rear use the same stuff. The only thing is the shocks are different sizes from the regular plastic bumpers. I am pretty sure this is for the rear only.

if im not mistaken the late model mt2 rear is different than early model.

when doing a plastic bumper swap on early models you have to shorten the bumper to fit correctly

and having the valance and bumper as one piece will make that much more difficult.
