    ???????

Will a late model 318 trunk lid fit onto an early model 325? By early model i mean 87, and by late model 318 i'm not sure of the year because it was at a junk yard pretty much gutted.

As far as i know, unless were talking M3 or cabrio there all the same. But you might want to wait till someone confirms this.

If you drive your e30 on stairs, you're gonna have a bad time.

Alright just making sure, i picked one up but there is about a half inch to inch gap between the middle of the trunk and lid, it got rear ended but i didn't think the damage was the substancial. Guess i'll have to figure out how to get the trunk up and out so it sits flush. Any ides? I was thinking about taking the trunk lock and stuff out and laying a 2x4 across the bottome of the trunk and then jacking it up (lifting the trunk itself up) idk

That works but you don't have a third brake light anymore correct?

My deck lid was rusted THROUGH where the 3rd brakelight was, hence the modification. I also had a buddy bridge across the resistor board to make the check panel "think" it still has a working 3rd brakelight. No more annoying red light on my check panel...
