Front late model bumper replacement !!HELP!!

Some guy turned a corner and broke my front bumper. So now I needed to replace it, the underneath the bumper torx bolt is JAMMED so I took off the bumper cover, cut the bumper to shit and cut off the shocks with a saws all.

I then bought a new bumper with the shocks included, prepped it and painted it cuz it was white, cleared it. Trim blacked the trim. Now I have a problem, the new shocks are jammed aswell, so we heated it as hell, had force equipment.. That didn't work so I sent it to my mechanic and he couldn't do it.. So we took it back, cut the two sides of the bolt and started drilling through..

We want to know if the tread goes all along the bolt or if we can stop drilling at a certain length of the bolt.. How the hell do you guys change a bumper on these stupid things? I found everything is well done up to date but this is stupid.. We took the bracket off so were just working with the shock and bolt part. ANY help would be very nice..

I'm not sure what the issue is. Removal of the front bumper and shocks is only a matter of removing 6 bolts total.

sounds like the bolts are rusted to hell on the bumper to shock mountings. The threads on these bolts are on the top of the bumper, once you get deep enough to clear the shocks you should be able to pull the bumper off, but getting the bumper re-threaded to be able to use it again could probe difficult.

Nevermind guys we just drilled the heck out of the bolts ill buy some new ones to replace them but it was impossible to unscrew. The tread is only about an inch long or less.. so you gradually drill bigger and bigger untill a wall of the bolt is gone and then we used a punch and it came out fine :p i just saved 300$+tax+shipping goodnight :)
