Do I need a new sunroof seal?

I checked my rear drains, I may still need to blow them out, but I cleared out the two areas in the trunk and ensures that the rear drains are cleared. However, I'm still getting puddles in the 2 trunk sections and I'm thinking it's because my sunroof seal is bad. It's dented downward in a few spots a seems to not seal tight, so perhaps more water is going down than as is intended? With blunt's sale going on, I'm thinking I should get a new seal and give it a shot. What do you guys (gals?) think?

I had the same problem going into the left trunk - jack compartment. I replaced the antenna grommet (check that) I replaced the tail light seals ( check that) I replaced the seal which you are mentioning and I no longer am getting water in.

however, the best way to check is run water over it with a garden hose. you may see the trail going there.

There are also drains at the bottom of those wells. They are often plugged with junk or sealant.

Trunk leaks are usually caused by leaking tail light seals.

That seal isn't meant to be water proof
