    GTi style Grille

    Has anybody ever thought about painting the outer slat of the grille red kind of like on the MK2 Gti? I was thinking that might look kinda cool

    you'd be a pioneer, I've never seen it done.
    might work on the right type of e30- do it, if it sucks VW balls paint it back black. post picture

                      I did this 3 years ago while intoxicated in my driveway. You need smoked lights for it to look alright imo

                        I was thinking about smoking my sealed beams since I have a set of euro smileys waiting to go on. Maybe ill do that tomorrow

                          Haha nice! I decide I like the red Ill do this to my Euro grille and have fun with this old one with some crazy color

                            Here it is. Looks pretty good IMO. I repainted all my trim tonight and its drying so tomorrow I will have it all back on and the front bumper back on.
