make mouts for early sport valance?

i have a early is valance i want to mount up but only have a few of the mounting pieces it seems like they will be simple enough to replicate but i was wondering if anybody had any tips from doing it before like pictures or something would help me decide just how to attack the situation as im not givig somebody on ebay 150 bucks for the brackets thats for sure

make some brackets out of spare sheet metal. My is valence took maybe an hour to mount, and its solid as fuck.
