Hello. Looking for some help in the valance department. What I would like to do, if at all possible, is put an '88 IS front valance on my '85 325e. I would like to know if this can be done with the diving board bumper that I have now or is swapping to the Euro bumper the only way to achieve this? The searches that I have found so far speak mainly about the bumpers but not the valance, and most of that is because the individual(s) want to change to the plastic bumper or the Mtech II bumper. Any help with this is appreciated.

I swapped an 86 es valence onto my 84 and had to swap the bracket that bolts to the core support as well. Most of the bolts will line up except for two on the radiator support, but its pretty sturdy without them. I tucked my diving boards as well and they still fit.
