What to do with these Euro Bumpers?

So, long story short, I got screwed on a set of Euro bumpers from a member here (you can figure out who if you look at my recent posts). Paid wayyyy too much for a set with destroyed chrome.

What was described as being "dull" chrome turned out to be sanded/ground off chrome. I think the picture below does a good job explaining what these look like. You can see the copper underplating in a few spots.

    So what should I do?

    A) Have them re-chromed? ($$$)
    B) Paint them body color (Delphin in my case)
    C) Paint them satin black
    D) Sell them and most likely lose a bunch of money

To add to this, I spent about $150 on top of the purchase price to buy all new hardware for the front and rear and brand new end caps for the rear bumper.

If the cost of re-chroming is decent then go with that.

Got a quote of $600-800 for re-chroming. Not sure if I'm willing to drop that kind of coin on these. I will be well over $1k into it after that.
