Vert tiny front window

Hey! Who knows how to remove the small front window on the convertible. Also, if you know the correct name for it please let me know. I've just figured out that mine is plastic...

It gets forced down into the door. You have to remove most of the shit for the other window(at least i did). Then you just lube up the rubber seal around the window and force the whole thing, glass and rubber gasket, down. It should fall down into the door.

Do you need a drivers side? Ive got one from my door swap project sitting in a box in the shed.
