What are all the "Euro" touches on a 1991 318is?

I used to have 911s and knew what all the little details were to make a US car look like a euro. If someone went over to Germany in 1991 and purchased a 318is, what would it have looked like? I've already purchased (and still need to fix up & install) a set of Euro smileys, and a set of Euro grills. I understand the bumper trim is different (no side markers). Also want a set of Euroweaves when budget allows. Is there anything else?
