    Front diving board tuck

I have to admit how clean this front looks however, is this a rear bumper in the front or rear bumper trim on a front bumper? And I wonder what this guy is doing about turning signals if the vehicle is street legal.

That's just the rear bumper trim being used on the front. Turn signals are something you would have to figure out, there was someone who did an awesome job incorporating LED's into elipsoid headlights, but I'm not sure if they were visible at all with the headlights on.

That sounds like a gread idea, but i'm thinking DMV (division of motor vehicles) will give me a hard time when I bring the vehicle in for inspection. I'm highly considering running this set up, I've been meaning to remove the fogs as well.

It all depends on where you live. In Nebraska you need headlights, taillights, and wipers, at least 1 side mirror and a read view mirror. Blinkers aren't required.

                HAND SIGNALS BABY!

The copper car you posted has its lights mounted behind the grills on each side.
