    valence & front bumper

So im trying to put my front bumper and valence on, but the valence is having trouble fitting correctly because it got banged up in a little wreck. The right bumper shock is banged in a bit and the shock is tilted upward. Managed to get 2 bolts on but the rest wont align right. Im hoping someone can give me ideas on how to straighten the shock. I can post pics if need be.

Drunk posting, but why not go to the junkyard and find a shock that wasn't involved in a front-end wreck?

I've never heard of anyone "straightening" a bumper shock. Doubt it's even worth it, to be honest.

      ^^^What he said.

Otherwise, try clamping it in a bench vise and beating it with a hammer. DO NOT use heat as the shock will explode.
