can someone tell me how to removal the kidney grills and the grill around the headlights..planning on repainting them just dont wanna break nothing trying to remove them

One of the easiest things you will ever do. And it's next to impossible to break anything.
On the left and right grill there are 2 screws on each side at the bottom, remove them. Unlatch your hood and then remove the 3 clips on either side above the headlights. The side grills now slide off.
the kidney grill has 2 clips at the top as well, remove them and then it just comes out.
