Polished intake and valve cover

I know it's gonna be a lot of work but how do I do it? What grit sand paper do I use from start to finish?

That's a whooooolllllle lot of sanding and polishing. Best to start at a 400grit for the VC and good luck with the manifold. Try a power sander and some 80grit and move up to 2000 on both. THEN start polishing. It's really not for the faint of heart.
