What wing is this???

Recently bought an e30 that came with an extra spoiler. From what I can tell it looks exactly like an M-Technic but mine has an ///M badging (which I haven't been able to really find). See pics, its stamped on the bottom and is genuine BMW. All mounting bolts are intact. 1 of the 3 mounting spots where the two-pieces of the spoiler connect seems to be missing.

Color is a charcoal. No bends or cracks of any kind. Some of the clear coat is missing and it would need fresh paint. Very nice piece and very rare from what I can tell.

So...what exactly am I looking at?

I was just intrigued why the badging was a bit different than I was finding when researching it.
