I replaced the release handle for my convertible top yesterday. I managed to get the rubber cap holding the bottom cable snapped back into place, but dropped the top cap down in the the bottom recesses of the body work . I wrapped the top cable in gorilla tape, hoping that will hold the cable in place, temporarily at least. Anyone have a spare cap laying around???

i did the same to mine, but the bottom cable (!) months ago, never replaced it, no problems so far. except i hate thinking that damn thing is rattling around inside the body.
