    Getting Shadowline to stay down

I just got another e30 a few weeks ago, and the driver's side front shadow line will occassionaly come up while driving - so I roll the window down and hold it until I can get to a stop, open the door, pull it back down and shut the door.

You can't tell by looking at it while it's in place that it's bent, but I'm sure it is slightly.

Anyway, is there glue or something that's supposed to hold it in place so that it doesn't come up while driving down the highway like that?

the trim is held down by 5-6 clips that look "W" shaped. outer part is for trim. the center clips to the door frame and the inner part hold the rubber. you can peal up the trim and see if the clips broke off or maybe they're bent and not biting down on the trim.

definitely no clips on the driver's side - and is #6 what's used for all of it? because I'm talking about the portion on the A pillar
