anyone have the valence lip with the diving board bumpers not the plastic bumpers

i think it is stock, but i havent seen many like it with the foglights in the bumper.

Sorry for bringing back such an old thread, but thanks for the answer.
I figured my car still had the euro valence but i wasnt sure. I like how the fogs are in the valence and not hanging from the bumper like US cars.
Too bad my car was federalized huh?
