Looking for suggestions on a lip for air dam

Hey guys I've been trying to figure out a way to make a black lip for my IS air dam I figured you guys could give me some good ideas! Like in the picture below

I made this one from an under body piece that came off of a mazda. I don't remember the exact model but it seems to be pretty common. I mounted each half and the joined the center with it on the car.
I only used it for a few days, it drags all over the place and I think you need side skirts and a rear valance to complete the look.

OP, the pic you posted has an e36M bumper lip. Those come standard on those cars, good luck.

There is a guy on forums selling some early model valance splitters. Isn't thick like the picture you posted but still gets what you want to achieve I'm sure. It's under the group buy section by "M3 ryan"
