    Hood roundel....

Is there any where that sells just the insert piece for the hood roundel? I was driving home from work last year in my car and the roundel insert came loose and flew off my car, I looked for it for almost an hour but couldnt find it. Just wondered if it could be replaced without replacing the whole roundel?

    Thanks, Tim

You mean the plastic grommets? Most places that sell E30 parts offer them.

You can buy a new oem roundel (make sure you get the proper size) on bavarian's site or pelican parts. Make sure you buy new grommets. If your roundel is fine just buy the grommets themselves. They pop out with any removal tool and slide the new ones in.

You can just see it in this pic, the base is still there, but the actual face came apart. Just wondered if they sold just that insert part. Oh well, guess I'll just buy a whole new one, LoL!
