how to remove sedan exterior b pillar trim

how do I remove the exterior b pillar trim from my 90' 325i sedan?

couldn't figure out how it mounts from realoem, but my plans were to repaint/recover the covers in vinyl as they're faded on my car.

parts in question are #12 & #14.

Not sure if it helps, but I repainted mine on the car. Some painter's tape and rags, some satin black trim paint, and you're good to go.
