Touring roofspoiler

My touring's roofspoiler is in serious need of some TLC so I decided to buy an entire bootlid for about 25 euros which has a good looking roofspoiler attached to it.

Now I'm just left with the task of switching them. Looking at the diagrams on realOEM, I figured they were attached using 6 clamps (image) but it seems they are glued solid. Anyone have any idea/tips on how to switch them without ruining them or the bootlids?

E30 tourings were never imported into the US, and this being a US based forum, likely won't find much help.
