Vert Top and Driver Window Fit

I just picked up a vert, and it has a gap between the driver's side window and the vert top.

So I thought I'd ask the more experienced folks on here what my issue is. From searching, it seems like it can be either the wire tensioners that run along the top or my window adjustment. Can anyone tell from this picture?

You need to adjust your windows. Search for e30 convertible window adjustment
