Could it be? A U.S. model AC Schnitzer E30?

Looks like authentic ACS, check out the license plate. ACS always puts a custom plate on there cars, denoting the model. Those are definitely US aluminum bumpers, I've never heard of anyone making an ACS front spoiler fit the diving boards.

Anyone have any background on this car? Found it on a Google search.

Wasn't that car on CEC's website? They are an official Schnitzer importer I believe

That being that case, does that mean there was an ACS front valence for diving-boarded cars?

Yeah it probably existed until about 94 then due to the new 3 being out and sales dying off they discontinued it. Our cars being older it's tough to get classic parts for them.

You might want to contact CEC directly as they may have sold off all of the old stuff or have some stuff lying around in what is commonly called NOS "new old stock" Dust matted and dirty.

                  Good luck.

Oh, I don't want one. It's just crazy to see one on a car with diving boards.

My next E30 wil have plastic bumpers for sure.

i'm an ACS dealer.. they did make that part back in "the day", but last i checked (1.5 years ago) there was one rear valence and one front valence in the country. the rear was on the west coast and the front on the east, at a dealer in Boston (I'm guessing Auto Design Haus, or whatever that place on Comm ave is called) My CEC rep said that there was nothing in Germany, and nothing anywhere..

edit: and those last pieces in the states were for plastic bumpers.

same goes for E34 parts.. nothing in the US.

i should probably take that stuff down off our website, huh..
