I just installed some new highbeams in my car. I got a pair of H3s because they were pretty cheap, and the H3 bulb is quite similar to the H1.
I'm running Osram Super +30% bulbs in them. They're pretty damn bright (but that may be due to the Osram Silverstars in the H4s 8) ).
I think they look pretty cool too.
(I'm aware that I have two different foglights... I'm ditching them soon when I get the euro bumpers anyhow).
