Need Help Quick

I recently painted my E30, and was putting everything back on. I went to put on my driver's side rear window (I have a Coupe). I go the seal on and everything and went to put the two screw points into their holes on the B Pillar and tighten them up, but when i tightened them, they both broke! Anyone know where I can buy new screws or the metal things that hold the screws or will i have to weld new screws on? If so how do I get the old screws out? HELP.
I'm attaching a picture of my pillar (so you can see where the holes the screws go into) and a picture of my side window (so you can see the part i may need, or get a better idea of what I'm talking about, I'm not the best writer).
