What is this Front Valance and Rear Wing. (EURO)

Typically I am a Benz guy but I found this EURO spec RHD E30 in my area in Canada and wondering what these are and value to resell?

That is a Pfeba front valance and M-Technic 1 rear wing. Both are very desirable parts.
