How do you get those vents off

Okay so I need to know how the heater vents come off. Specifically the ones on the exterior right in front of the windshield on the front of the car. One of the windsheild whipers mounts right through one of them.

I can't figure it out by looking at it, and the Bently book doesn't cover it. So help me out please.

Yeah you're probably right, I just wanted a second opinion before I went at them.

Does anyone know where you can get replacements for the two heater vents and what they cost? I've never seen them on BavAuto, Pelican, or anybody else.

To get them out rotate the vent all the way down (pointing at the floor)then push a little further past where it stops you will hear a pop. Then pull the vent forward. If you do not rotate the vent down and hear the pop you will break them ( I broke one pulling it straight out)
                Have fun.
