4 door chrome trim removal

Jordan Sarette's tech advice on coupe door chrome trim removal says:

Trim E is one of the easiest to remove. Use a flathead and a cloth to pry it straight up off the door. Once it is off remove any clips that stayed on the door and place them back on part E. Remove the rubber window seal from trim E.

So, will the front and rear door chrome trim on a 4 door lift off the same way or is there a different trick?

Yes. I just changed my weather strips and they lift straight up. I was worried I was going to break them because they didn't seem like they would come off but they did.
