Early Model to Late Model Front Valance Swap

I have a 1987 325 and I was planning on keeping the diving board bumper but I would like to change the front valance with out changing the bumper. I've seen some varying claims on different forums but I'm more than certain that I will have to cut the tow hook off. The valance I was looking at getting is the Bavarian Autosport one (https://www.bavauto.com/bmw-valence-panel-41331961227). Would this late model valance be a direct bolt-on on my early model? Also if this valance is a direct bolt-on what air ducts and trim pieces would I need to get in order to complete the look?

Tow hooks will have to be cut off.

You'll also have to figure out how to attach the bumper trim to the valance and fenders.
