Who makes this roof spoiler?

Was scrolling through Google and found this e30 with this roof spoiler that I've never seen before. If anyone knows who makes it I'd appreciate it.

That looks a vw golf spoiler a couple of guys have that on, here in South Africa its not a straight fit small modifications need to be done.
Both mk1 and mk2 have these spoilers not sure which cars spoiler they using.

There is a guy her in Belgium who makes/sells repros of the Mtech touring wing.

The Mk3 VW golfs also have a similar spoiler that can be made to fit. As far as I remember it was the most direct compared to the Mk1/Mk2
