Why? I dont understand why you would want real cf roundels? If you want to lose the weight I would find something else to strip. If you want the look just by the fleabay stuff.

you can find the hood roundel anywhere on ebay but the trunk is the hard one to find because the e30 trunk roundel is a different shape than the rest of any others. you have to get a roundel for specific e30 trunk lid.

I guess I thought general discussion was o.k. for the post. Now I know. Anyway the fake ones on ebay look like crap IMO. And the real ones look pretty sweet, and no it's not a weight issue just looks..

Someone actually makes REAL cf roundels? When I was on the Formula team here at OSU (make a sort of autox open wheel car) we had blocks of real carbon fiber shipped in. It was a TON of money. I was told by one of the guys at the shop for a pure cf hood that it would be thousands of dollars so I please post up a link to the real cf roundels if you find one.

I think those carbon fiber roundel decal kits are pretty cool looking, but they would look really cool if someone produced them with blue carbon fiber sections of the emblem instead of black. I saw an auction for one of them that has them in blue, but the pattern looks really fake.
