Questions on DIY smoked headlamps

1. What do you use to make holes in the reflector?
2. How do you find centers?
3. What kind of glue is strong enough for the cross to reflector glueing?
4. How thin could the metal for crosses be? I have a sheet of 22ga steel and some thing flashing. Which one should I use?
