    side skirts........?

I just recently got my "is lip" painted and put on.......now my car looks unbalanced because I don't have side skirts. I hate bodykits and love the clean factory look for the most part, so my question is.....Are there any nice side skirts that would balance the look of my car out in a subtle fashion? Also, Do you think a rear apron would be needed as well? Thanks in advance.

    Thanks, George

What year/ model is your car? I'm assuming it is a 88+ since you have the iS front lip.

Just paint the lower black portion of your stock apron and you will be fine back there for awhile.

As for sideskirts, they are many many subtle options available. The OEM sport package ones are nice, try to get ahold of those.

yeah sorry its an 88+.......I was thinking about painting the lower black portion but I was unsure on how the finished product would look. What do the OEM sport package ones look like?

For sideskirts I personally think that mtec 2 skirts look the best because the give you a nice clean look and fit in well with the car. A lot of side skirts don't look right on an E30 because they don't fit in with the shape of the bodywork.

Yeah, they do look good, but M-Technic II sideskirts aren't really sideskirts. You have to fit the door panels to mount the sideskirts.

I ran out of paint painting the right side of mine yesterday, after having them sit around for about two years. I'm ordering a quart of paint and will paint/install them soon :)
