    Mixing paint

Okay, I need to paint my plastic bumpers to color match my car, and then I have a few other flexible trim pieces to re-paint. I have paint, reducer, clear coat, primer, hardner and all the good stuff. I also have flexible agent for the paint. Is it absolutely nessessary to include the flex agent? When my dad repainted my fiero he used the flex for the plastic body, and it turned out quite nice.

Who has painted their bumpers? And how did you mix the paint? And should i plan the same mix for primer that i do for base/clear?

Im planning on mixing 50/50 paint reducer, and probably looking at not much more than half a quart. However I cant find much on mixing ratios. Does anyone have a site recommendation? Any help is greatly appreciated
