Best way to remove BIG dents

This time some jackass pulls off a VERY smart move. I'm driving by my friend's school to pick him up..... inside the school at less than 5mph and out of nowhere this friend of mine ( a good 170-200lb friend ) runs for it and jumps on my fucking hood. :x

so this BIG fucking dent shows up..... and I try to bang the hood from the inside to reduce the damage. Point is, there is still a very noticable dent on the hood..... 3x the size of your average dent.

How do I go about this? Can you actually trust those dent removers they sell at automotive stores? Anyone ever experienced with those?

    Thanks guys,
    Erick

No shit, what a bastard. I would have been so pissed off at him, I don't know what I would have done.

It's not worth all the headache. He'd never pay. If he did..... it's because I would have beaten it out of him.

Lets guess numbers here. How much would a good bodyshop charge?

Have you ever used this? I mean I have black paint, if there's ANYTHING that will leave marks, it'll show up on black paint the worst

Take him to court then, no fucking joke.

He destroyed your property, he needs to pay for a brand new hood repainted to match your car.

my 250 lb jacked friend decided it would be cool to run at my car and dive on the roof.

left scratches all across my roof, and a nice little dent. needless to say i was pissed.

Not worth the hassle.... and knowing his parents financial background, for all I care for my e30, I would hate to see them end up in court for something his kid made.

As much as it pisses me off I'll end up paying this shit out of my own pocket. Remember, I'm not even 18 yet and the people I hang out with are in the 16/17 area. They are 100% dependant on their parents.

Seriously though.... what are my alternatives? Consequences and cost estimates would be helpful.

I'll go for whatever is the best bang for the buck. I'd rather go with those suction cups and sue them for false advertising it leaves a mark, then to sue my friend and his parents for the new hood.

I see a perfect opportunity to drive around with a dented hood for a little while, save up a little money, and get a CF hood. They look the best on black cars anyway.

True..... but that'd be a big maybe. I'm not THAT devoted to this car yet for the fact that it's a daily driver. If I am ever able to get a daily driver, then I'll spend more money on the car. As a daily driver, the only BIG mods I intend to do, is a 2.7i and lower it. A brullen may be welcome as well as my dad's e30 needs a new muffler ( I give him mine.... not even a year old, he pays for brullen )

Easier said than done... he's a big motherfucker ( all fat ), and I'm a +6ft tall kid that weighs less than 150....... 146lbs last time I checked.

Easier just running him over and get rid of my bumper with all it's imperfections.

Retarded brazilian moment...... assuming creases are marks/scratches of any sort, then no. Nothing evident or deep. I'm sure a good wax would take off any small scratches

                            .

if it is just a shallow dent with no noticable creases then the paitless dent removal would most likey work, if it is really deep and has creases then you really have no other choice then to take it to a shop and have then use a stud welder to pop the dent out. and repaint the hood. i'd say around $250-300 at a decent body shop.

                              So you intend to drop...

                              - Close to $1000 for suspension
                              - Anywhere from $1000 - 2000 for the 2.7i
                              - Around $300 for the Brullen

And $300 - 400 for a new hood is too much commitement to the car?

Try doubling that, and you're close. The 3 best body shops in town quoted me $300 to paint my fender white. That's just to paint it.
