Diving Board rear bumper rubber trim ??

Somehow the rear rubber strip on my diving board bumper came partway off and now it has scratches all over it. When I pick a new one up from the junkyard should I just plan to get the whole bumper & replace it?

Anyone have a good online place to get the clips from?

If the scratches are just in the finish, you can get busy with the 1500 grit and spray, make it all purdy again and buy some new clips...or do what I did on my last one and shoot some screws in it.
