    m3 1/4 panels on 318i?

    hey guys,
    saw this http://itgperformance.com/body-sylin...c7688008b5ddb5
and thought hmm.... m3 fenders on 318i would look fat without the different boot etc. How possible is this? I realise that the front 1/4 is just replacment but the rear? that would need to be cut would it not? also the sideskirts and front bar would have 2 be m3 also.
    But how possible is this?

They sell a kit like the M3 for a reguler e30. This is for a euro bumper car.

There is another picture of this kit on a car on this site but i can't find it.

You get big guards for big rubber. You have a 318, therefore there's no need for big rubber.

just 1 thing have u ever actually worked out how much of ur car is actually touching the ground? no matter what performance or suspension upgrade u do the amount of traction is still going to be limited by the amount of tire touching the ground at any one time and because have 23" is retarded the only other way around have a larger contact surface is by putting on phatter rubber. I am putting bigger rubber on irregardless that this is 318i and it has f&&k all weight it will still help in the long run after heavy mods.

I would if there was more pictures of it. There is another one on this site some where. I'll try to find the pictures of it later.

EDIT: Found them. You can thank M42Technic for these. http://wp1016621.wp027.webpack.hoste...650/f01650.htm

i still think those panels are the cheapest and easiest idea. i mean its bout $1500 plus i can do my own fab. so $2.5 g tops.

The only thing with getting actual M3 fenders or those fender kits from itg is that the M3's don't have the door trim. I think it looks goofy when the fenders don't have trim and then the door does.
