    Your advice

im thinking of going either riger gts kit or late model bumpers on my 86

just my problem is my car is bronzit..... ......so i searched and i saw trents car it looked amazing(may it rest in peace) if i do the gts kit i would paint it white (not a respray a full white door jams and all) which would be expensive.....i figure for the money i could get the plastic bumpers and get a low mile i motor for my car and maybe suspension......

what do u think i should do?

i also got a bmp antenna with the e30 and a jc chip any pics of the bmp replica m3 antenna on a car similar to trents?

    thanks

    325e + GTS kit = rice.

    GTS kit = $1200 + shipping
    Good complete color change = $3000 +

So you will dump $4200 + into a stock eta.. and still have a stock eta, but with a bodykit.

$4200 is 2-4x the value of the car to begin with...

I'd use the eta as a daily driver, and get that RB25 in the 240.

Don't buy the GTS, it's ugly. Buy Mtech-I, or I dunno. But not Reiger. Or BMP.
If you don't like an early model bronzit car, it would have been easier to buy a late model color you like.

I'd go for suspension and stroker motor over cosmetics. Looks don't matter on a track beast, then build your 240 for a street beast.

Actually....don't put a lot of $$$ in the E30. Just something like clean up the car and get some springs. It's an eta. Why'd you buy an eta?

Just drive it as a DD for when you build up the 240. Do it.

JDM, don't buy the GTS kit.....it's ugly as sheet no matter what car it's on.

But in a heads up, you'll be looking at around $500 for a used M20 2.5i..... coilovers from H&R are $1500 off Tire Rack and Ground Control is around $1000 in parts. No idea on the plastic bumpers.... maybe $100? There's a set on the FS+WTB forum.
