              :P Bumper conversion! How much of a pain was it to do? I really want to upgrade mine to later style, or maybe even M style. Rear as well.

                I've only done the front so far.. it wasn't that bad... took about 4 hours or so... hardest part was cutting the tow hook/loop in the front

                I seriously have to do the rear before next summer.

                  did you have to do any cutting to the to existing valance to get it to fit? or is it all bolt on? (with the exception of the tow hook covers)

                    I didn't use the old diving board valance.. I swapped in the updated valance also... the only thing we had to cut was the tow hook with a power saw
