You'd definitely have to drill through your existing pedals to attach the covers. I'm not sure what you'd have to do about the dead-pedal... possibly use some long screws and put them through the body. Or you could attach the main three pedal covers with epoxy.
As far as the quality is concerned, I'm about 99% sure it's the same company that makes all of the pedal covers on eBay (///M, Alpina, AC Schnitzer, etc...), I've heard that the pedals are actually very good quality.

I had a set of the AC Schnizter pedals (which I am going to buy another set of here in about 5 minutes), and they were EXCELLENT quality. Very thick, and top notch replicas. They were great.

*EDIT* These are the ones I just bought:

I would reccomend these to anyone on the forum. They really are a great buy.

Is the dead pedal worth it?

would u just use a dremel to drile the wholes through? And would u want to detach the petals before intalling the new ones? and would it look bad if that is the only silver acsent i have in the car?

YOu don't take the pedals off. They're just pedal covers.

My buddy bought UUC's pedals a year or so back from UUC and to my surprise they are the same exact ones that I bought off of ebay for like 60 bucks less. Guess it's all in the name.
