    for vert owners

some of you may know this, some of you may not. but ive seen cabrio owners pay out the rear for a new top because the rear window is cloudy... which is plain ignorant. my dad was the first owner of my car, and gave it to me 5 years ago. the original plastic window was so oxidized, he just cut it out. being that i was in high school, i couldnt afford a whole new top, so i put a new plastic window in myself. ive had it for 5 years, and it was already cloudy. ive done this a few years ago, but when i did it yesterday, it made the biggest difference ive seen.

i used meguiars plastx, you can see the side i did, and the untreated side. makes a huge difference in the sun. anyways, just thought id give some of you noobs (or unaware) owners a heads up.

I used a mequires product back in the late 80's early 90's when working at the local BMW dealership to clean these windows on the new cars. They would cloud up really bad just from the new interiors letting off gases from the hot sun baking the cars on the lot. It worked great back then and doesnt seem to have changed any either. I would be willing to bet this product is the same as I used then or very close to what Mequire product I did use for this.

      HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR SURE !!!
