bumper trim - sould i paint it?

my bumper trim is scuffed (car lived in NYC before it was mine) and i have some SEM trim paint that I bought to shadowline the car and the kidneys...

think its worth taking it off and painting it or should i just replace it

what about the door trim

(i havent used the paint yet so im not sure how it looks once its dryed and on there)

if you do i would make sure and clear it.... much less expensive than buying new trim, and it looks nice and glossy if you clear it..... just watch out for runs
