    What kind of Decklid spoiler....

OK, i know this thread is pretty much useless without pics, but i might be able to get some up tomorrow.

Anyway, found a beat to hell 325 today, with what looked like an Mtech1 Decklid spoiler on it. Upon closer inspection, it is in no way an Mtech 1. It is still rubber, but its *alot* thicker, and the edges that point twords the rear windsheild come down to the car at almost a 90 degree angle, not a smooth transition like the Mtech1. Also, the edges hang over the decklid onto the rear quater panels.

I was thinking early 5 series, any hints? pictures as soon as i can.

That gets my vote. It sticks almost straight up.

Do a search, I think there should be pictures posted in some thread.

Just like stated worthless without pics. If made in Germany it should also say who manufactered it on it somewhere.

No, it's just black rubber. Not that one.

              This one?

Isn't that the rubber one I posted above, but painted in red? In that picture you can actually tell what it looks like on the car.

That alpina one posted is a M-tech 1 wing just off an E28 535is.

I've been trying hard to find a picture of one, but to no avail. All i can tell you is its REAL thick, and fat.

Watch, it' will probably turn up to be some POS worth 5$.

NO it is not, why you ask? first it is sans the ribbing on the back of the spolier and second it doesn't twist that high up.

That's a true Alpina spoiler on the blue car, the source of the photo is one of Alpina's old ad's.
