Are the bumpers beat or in good condition? great condtion?

Is the seller including the silders front and rear? front and rear bumper shocks? Turn signals and wiring?

If he is including everything and the bumpers are in good condition i would have to say 450 is OK price. But try to talk him down to 400.:D
