My local Pull a Part has like almost 30 different early 90's 240's, 740's, and 940's.
I guess I'll go grab one and see what its like. I totally fucked up my 87i lip the other day mocking it. Grrr..

Not sure if its different for late and early model valences though, mine is late.

The volvo lip can be found on the following models:
88-90 760
90-92 740
91-95 940
92-94 960
All sedans, wagons, turbos and non turbos will have the same lip in those model years. All other model years and 240s have a completely different type of airdam.

Looks like you didn't trim it to make it flush with the valance? what size holes did you drill? I'm thinking of making them as small as possible to keep everything tight. Gotta go get some zip ties in black
