I think it will probably look pretty good, if it is done as clean as your old one.

Does anyone call Greg rice? He has an AC Schnitzer badge on his front grill. Matt also has race seats with the AC Schnitzer logo embroidered on them, and no one calls him rice. And they never even made seats.

I don't see how it's rice. AC Schnitzer didn't only make performance engine parts. Even if I decide not to do the engine stuff, I'm still going to have a lot of ACS parts in my car. The only thing that's going to be the ebay replicas are the pedals.
I think we did say Matt's seats were ebay rice seats, but still a good deal.

See, if you get something with a decal that doesn't belong just to get what you need, that's okay. It's diferent then going out of the way to decorate something with a company that didn't have a part in it. Matt rocked the rice race seat because it didn't matter the badge was there, it served the purpose. Your ACS intake & valve cover have no purpose expect to make your car look better.

Sorry, but that's the way I see it.

Otherwise, I think the black manifold + sticker, and the valve cover would look cool though.

So, if I throw in Vaders, an M3 rear bench, roof antenna, 15" weaves, and paint my instument needles red I can just go ahead and slap a huge M badge on my motor?

Your car. Your money. Do what you like to it! If you like it and it suits your taste then go for it.

Personally I like the black manifold with the BMW emblem on it.

lol, I've never seen something so simple as a logo on an intake manifold get blown so out of proportion.

Do it if you like it, Josh.

Who cares? It looks good, and there is far worse shit out on the road.

I can see where people think it's rice, but I don't see it as a big deal. Do what you want!
