Angel Eyes?

I saw an angel eye kit on ebay, but it requires some type of clear cover to hold them on.
Where can these covers be found? This sounds like a shoddy setup, anyone here have angel eyes? If you know of the kit Im talking about is it as cheap as it sounds?

It looks like shit. I had them on for a month and then realized what a ricer I was and promptly removed them.
