How to get my car's color paint?

I need to get some of my car's color paint (Delphin-Metallic) so a friend of mine can repaint my valence for me. How do I go about getting an amount of it?

Josh, any automotive paint shop can mix paint according to your code. Find a PPG shop and buy a pint.

'Tis better to find a shop that will mix a can that is color matched to your current paint. It's not the same color as it was 15 years ago.

Grey doesn't really fade. The metalic will break down in it but you can't really match that. They can put a scanner on it though and match the paint to what the scanner reads.

Yeah, there's actually a shop in Sauga Fil directed me to. They use the computer to get a precise match and make you a can. It's only like $30 for it, too.

I don't need a rattle can though, I need just a can of paint, so he can use his spray gun.

Same thing, they can put the reader on your paint, get a code, and give you a can. Call around.
